How to update account information in the portal

To update your account information:

  1. Log into the Elegen portal
  2. Click on My Account in the left-hand menu
  3. Edit fields such as shipping address or billing address
  4. For other updates (e.g., account name or email address), contact customer.support@elegenbio.com
