Updating Shipping Address

How to update or add a shipping address in the portal

To change your shipping address:

  1. Log into the Elegen portal
  2. Click My Account in the left-hand menu
  3. Select Shipping Address
  4. Edit an existing address or add a new one in the pop-up window
