Troubleshooting ENFINIA™ DNA Yield Differences
How to troubleshoot differences in measured DNA yield and order manifest yield values
If your yield measurement for an ENFINIA™ DNA product differs from the amount reported on your order manifest, this can be due to differences in quantification method or incomplete resuspension.

Recommendations:
- Ensure the dried DNA is fully resuspended before use.
- Re-quantify the DNA you received using your preferred method. Use standards that match the DNA form (e.g., linear or supercoiled plasmid) for accurate measurements.
