Resuspending and Storing ENFINIA™ Plasmid DNA

ENFINIA™ Plasmid DNA is dried down in 100% molecular grade water before shipment.

• Resuspension: Use molecular grade water or TE buffer (10 mM Tris, 0.1 mM EDTA, pH 7.5). Refer to the order manifest for the yield of your delivered DNA to determine an appropriate resuspension volume for your application.
• Storage: Keep DNA at -20°C for long-term use.
