ENFINIA™ IVT Ready DNA is designed for mRNA production. IVT Ready DNA sequences include a poly(A) tail, eliminating the need for a separate polyadenylation step.

A 5′ cap can be added during or after transcription using commercially available capping methods or kits. Some capping kits may require specific sequence features. For best results, follow the instructions provided with your chosen kit.
