# ENFINIA™ Plasmid DNA Acceptance Criteria

## How to determine Plasmid DNA feasibility

We highly recommend analyzing your gene of interest on the [Elegen portal](https://ecommerce.elegen.com/auth/login) to check for synthesis feasibility.

Sequence elements we **cannot** accept for ENFINIA™ Plasmid DNA:

- Sequences toxic to *E. coli* or containing any counter-selectable markers
- \> 4 internal PaqCI sites (5′–CACCTGC–3′)
- G/C homopolymer \> 8 bp
- A/T homopolymer \> 12 bp
