# ENFINIA™ Linear DNA Complexity

## What contributes to high Linear DNA complexity

ENFINIA™ Linear DNA sequences are classified as standard or high complexity based on their sequence characteristics.

The following DNA features, either alone or in combination, may result in a high complexity categorization:

- Extreme GC content
- Long repeats
- Tandem repeats (e.g., ITRs, STRs)
- Hairpins
- Homopolymers
- Length \> 5.5 kb
