## What adapter sequences are included in Linear DNA

ENFINIA™ Linear DNA includes adapter sequences at both ends:

| **Adapter** | **Length** | **Structure** | **Sequence** |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 5′ Adapter | 46 bp | 24 bp variable + 22 bp constant | 5’- \[24 bp variable\] + GCGAGTCTTAGCCTGCGACGCT -3’ |
| 3′ Adapter | 42 bp | Entirely constant | 5’-AGACGCGCAGACGACGACACACGCTAGTACGGACGTACGCCT-3’ |
