To order ENFINIA™ IVT Ready DNA, your submitted sequence must include:

• A promoter
• 5′ and 3′ untranslated regions (UTRs)
• An open reading frame (ORF)

A poly(A) tail must also be selected from the available options.

Orders for ENFINIA™ IVT Ready DNA can be placed through the Elegen portal, where you can upload sequences and select your desired poly(A) tail.
