ENFINIA™ IVT Ready DNA Acceptance Criteria

We highly recommend analyzing your gene of interest on the Elegen portal to check for synthesis feasibility.

Sequence elements we cannot accept for ENFINIA™ IVT Ready DNA:

• G/C homopolymer > 15 bp
• A/T homopolymer > 30 bp
• A homopolymer > 10 bp within the last 30 bp of the sequence
• Adenine (A) as the final nucleotide
• Sequence length < 1,000 bp or > 5,500 bp
• BspQI site (5′-GCTCTTC-3′)
• Combination of 1 BsaI site (5′-GGTCTC-3′) and 1 PaqCI site (5′-CACCTGC-3′ and 5’-TACCTGC-3’), though one of these sites is permitted.
