# ENFINIA™ IVT Ready DNA Acceptance Criteria

## How to determine IVT Ready DNA feasibility

We highly recommend analyzing your gene of interest on the [Elegen portal](https://ecommerce.elegen.com/auth/login) to check for synthesis feasibility.

Sequence elements we **cannot** accept for ENFINIA™ IVT Ready DNA:

- G/C homopolymer \> 15 bp
- A/T homopolymer \> 30 bp
- A homopolymer \> 10 bp within the last 30 bp of the sequence
- Adenine (A) as the final nucleotide
- Sequence length \< 1,000 bp or \> 5,500 bp
- BspQI site (5′-GCTCTTC-3′)
- Combination of 1 BsaI site (5′-GGTCTC-3′) and 1 PaqCI site (5′-CACCTGC-3′ and 5’-TACCTGC-3’), though one of these sites is permitted.
