# Billing and Invoices

## How to access and manage invoices for your DNA orders

Invoices for your ENFINIA™ DNA orders are issued after your constructs have shipped. They are sent as PDF files to the email associated with your account.

For orders shipped in multiple parts, each shipment will be invoiced separately.

If you have any questions or notice discrepancies on your invoice, please contact your Elegen sales representative and include the order number and invoice.
